Shipping & Returns

Privacy Notice -- Your privacy is important to me. Your email, address, phone, credit card or any other information will be kept confidential, and never released to another party.

PAYMENT: Scrapbooker's Haven accepts VISA MASTERCARD AMERICAN EXPRESS through Paypal. Or you can send a check, or money order to Scrapbooker's Haven 734 E. Main St. Lancaster, Ohio 43130. Your order will be shipped as soon as your check clears. If you would like to call me with your credit card information, I can run it through manually.

PICK UP: If you are local, and would like to pick up your order instead of paying shipping, I offer that! Just check the box for store pick (even though it's my house!). I will email or call you whichever you prefer to make arrangements for pick. I live at 734 Main St. in Lancaster. We are right across the street from the Candy Cottage on East Main.

SHIPPING: Shipping is calculated during the order. You can choose which shipping you wish such as priority , overnight etc. We reserve the right to choose the most economical way to ship for you. I will ship via US Postal Service, or Fedex Ground whichever is most economical. I need to have a physical address for Fedex to ship to you, they will not ship to P.O Boxes. I will notify you of any additional charges if you choose a more expensive, or faster way to ship. I will ship Internationally, however, I will need to add shipping manually to your order. Actual shipping will apply to Hawaii and Alaska. Out of States shipping runs approximately Airmail: 4-10 days, Surface: 4-6. Once your order is ready to ship, I will notify you by email.

 Processing Order: If the order is in stock, I will process your order that day and it will ship as soon as payment is received, (or I will call you for pick up). Out of stock items are ordered on Monday mornings. It takes approximately 3-5 business days from my supplier. Please have your order in by Sunday night to assure order on Monday mornings. You can also decide whether you want the order to ship of in stock orders, or to wait until the order is complete. Just let me know in the instructions. Also note, that while most items are in stock by the suppliers, we can not control their backorders, or delays in the shipping. I will get the order to you ASAP.

Pricing: Being a scrapbooker myself, I know how costly it can be. I try to get you the most affordable prices. However, some companies do not allow discounting of their products. I will offer sales, and specials also as the website grows.

RETURN POLICY: Please notify me within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. All returns must be in original condition. Albums may not be returned after opening. Please contact me of any damage immediately. Idea books can not be returned. If we do not keep the item in stock, there is a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges for returns are paid by the customer, and are non-refundable from prior purchase.

CUSTOM DIE CUTS: Please make sure your order for custom word die cuts is correctly spelled. If the spelling error is on my part, I will gladly replace the product at no cost. Custom colors are not guaranteed due to the variations in cardstock, but will be matched as closely as possible. Custom one line words such as your child's first and last name, are $2.00 EACH.  If they are more detailed, please contact me.
